Gregorio Banacia, chief of the Public Affairs and Information Service Office, said the class suspension was based on an order of Mayor Herbert Bautista.

Last September 21, 2010, me and my friends(jobi,alfred,chai,and dex(my husband) went to Merci Bar. Actually, we are expecting other classmates but they didn’t come. This night was very memorable to us.
